| CMAK support ULBs by providing advisory and
technical assistance in Municipal finance, Infrastructure development,
Project Management, Costing, Resource mobilization and Research. We also
facilitate project planning and implementation and other selected areas of
interest to ULBs. | Participatory, action-oriented training is our main focus
area while we endeavour to improve knowledge skills and attitude for managing
urban processes of today. We conduct national and international level
workshops/study tours to peer exchange ideas / practices. |

Activities |
We follow a multi-dimensional approach by
facilitating national, regional and international workshops for capacity
building. Seminars and city programs are organized and media partnerships
enabled. We develop and disseminate working papers/topical write up/other
documentation with information, analyses and perspectives on urban issues. |
We also undertake other consultation projects/studies
/research/documentation/trainings for the
benefit of the ULBs in various service sectors. Provide any time
consultations to our members for better on ground implementation of
projects. |
